Nimir Raval founded PranaCare to bring structured, human-centred professional support to Alberta leaders and organizations. His work draws on training and practice across social work, leadership studies, professional coaching and group facilitation.

Nimir works with executives, executive directors, founders and leadership teams on the leadership behaviours, difficult conversations and organizational decisions that shape performance. His approach is thoughtful, direct and grounded in professional boundaries — coaching stays coaching, consulting stays consulting, and counselling stays counselling.

Confidentiality and reporting differ by service. Individual coaching conversations are treated differently from organizational interviews, facilitated sessions or sponsor reporting. Counselling is not provided within executive coaching or organizational consulting engagements.

Every engagement establishes objectives, scope, confidentiality expectations and professional boundaries in a written agreement before work begins.

Client evidence is shared only when appropriate consent and context are in place.

PranaCare does not publish invented testimonials, statistics or case studies. Verified leadership references and organizational examples may be shared confidentially during a Leadership Fit Call when they are relevant to your situation.

Is executive coaching another form of therapy?
No. Executive coaching focuses on professional responsibilities, workplace decisions, leadership behaviour, organizational relationships and future-oriented action. It does not provide psychological diagnosis or mental-health treatment.
Will Nimir understand our industry?
PranaCare does not replace the client's technical or industry expertise. The engagement begins by understanding the organizational context, stakeholders and operating realities relevant to the leadership issue.
Is CLEAR a scientifically validated leadership assessment?
No. CLEAR is PranaCare's structured working process for organizing coaching and consulting engagements. It is not presented as a clinical test or scientifically validated assessment.
How is confidentiality handled?
Confidentiality depends on the service. Individual coaching conversations are treated differently from organizational interviews, facilitated sessions or sponsor reporting. Expectations and limitations are established in writing before work begins.
How will we know whether the engagement is helping?
Objectives and progress indicators are established at the beginning. These may include observable decisions, conversations, leadership behaviour, accountability commitments or organizational implementation.
Do you work outside Edmonton?
Yes. PranaCare works virtually throughout Alberta. In-person and blended engagements outside Edmonton may include additional travel expenses.
What if PranaCare is not the right provider?
The initial consultation is used to evaluate fit. When another service or professional would be more appropriate, PranaCare will recommend that direction rather than forcing an unsuitable engagement.
