Nimir Raval founded PranaCare to bring structured, human-centred professional support to Alberta leaders and organizations. His work draws on training and practice across social work, leadership studies, professional coaching and group facilitation.
Nimir works with executives, executive directors, founders and leadership teams on the leadership behaviours, difficult conversations and organizational decisions that shape performance. His approach is thoughtful, direct and grounded in professional boundaries — coaching stays coaching, consulting stays consulting, and counselling stays counselling.
PranaCare is based in Edmonton and serves clients throughout Alberta through in-person, virtual and blended engagements.
