Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers about fit, cost, safety, and how the work actually feels.

Will you understand my cultural background?
Yes. This practice is explicitly designed for Individuals, Families and Children. Culture is treated as context, not a barrier and never pathologized.
How long until I feel a shift?
Most clients feel meaningful movement within the first three sessions. Short intensives are designed to stabilize you quickly and give you clear next steps.
What does it cost, and are there packages?
Individual sessions start at $180. Packages (3-session intensives, Child Voice, Coaching) offer better value. See the full pricing table above.
Is my child safe in the Child Voice process?
Absolutely. The process is calm, predictable, non-diagnostic, and paced to the child. Children are never pressured, and parents receive careful cultural interpretation of what their child is expressing.
What's the difference between mediation and counselling?
Counselling focuses on emotional healing and personal insight. Mediation is neutral facilitation of a specific dispute (co-parenting, family, workplace) toward a structured agreement.
Do you diagnose or label?
No. This is a non-diagnostic practice. The focus is emotional safety, practical tools, and measurable shifts in how you feel and act — not clinical labels.
