When an organization funds coaching, three parties are involved: the leader, the organizational sponsor and the coach. Objectives, reporting expectations and confidentiality boundaries are agreed upon in writing before coaching begins.
PranaCare does not provide organizational sponsors with private coaching-session notes.
Coaching remains a confidential professional relationship. When a sponsor is involved, expectations are set in advance so everyone understands what is private and what is shared.
