Trauma-Informed Practitioner · Mediator · Leadership Coach
Helping individuals, families, and leaders reconnect to clarity, stability, and their own life force - one grounded conversation at a time.

Long before I had the language for it. I grew up navigating childhood trauma, anger, and emotional complexity. But I also grew up with deep love — from my parents and my grandmother — who taught me that resilience isn't loud. It's quiet. It's breath. It's presence. It's Prana.
My life has been a series of reinventions: fashion, sales, humanitarian response, community development, human resources, social work, leadership, coaching, mediation.
Immigrating to Canada meant rebuilding my life from scratch — flipping burgers, working at the YMCA, and slowly rising into leadership roles. By 2019, I became a Director of Community-Based Services, stewarding a $20M+ portfolio supporting thousands of families across Edmonton.
Coming out as queer deepened my commitment to culturally grounded, identity-affirming practice.
PranaCare is the natural expression of that journey.
My work exists because clarity is possible.
Stability is possible.
Healing is possible.
Leadership is possible.
Not through pressure.
Through presence. Through breath. Through Prana.
Safety, pacing, nervous-system awareness.
Identity, migration, belonging.
Anti-racism, equity, power dynamics.
Especially in mediation and child voice work.
Healing is physiological.
Leadership is emotional work.
No clutter. No overwhelm.
You will be met as a whole person.
My approach integrates trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, cultural intelligence, justice-aware practice, leadership psychology, neutral mediation, and non-diagnostic child voice work.
Warm, culturally-grounded support across life's most complex chapters.
However you come in — as a leader, a parent, a partner, or a person carrying something heavy — you will be met with the same steadiness.
