Workshops, training, and speaking engagements
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

Counselling Services
Counselling is provided by qualified professionals and follows Alberta’s professional standards
Coaching & Consulting Services
Coaching and consulting are not therapy, not crisis support, and not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Mediation‑Informed Support
We offer mediation‑informed guidance, but we do not provide formal mediation under Alberta’s legal framework.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
Organizational clients must be authorized representatives of their organization.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law:
Risk of harm to self or others
Abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person
Court order or legal requirement
Professional consultation (non‑identifying information only)
Organizational consulting confidentiality applies to the organization, not individual employees.
5. No Crisis Services
PranaCare does not provide emergency or crisis intervention.

6. Payment & Billing
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must follow our Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy (created as a separate page).
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be billed in full.
Digital products and programs are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
Organizational contracts follow the terms outlined in the consulting agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, materials, and digital resources — including the PRANA Framework — are the intellectual property of PranaCare Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:
PranaCare Ltd is not liable for decisions made by clients based on counselling, coaching, consulting, or digital content.
We are not responsible for outcomes, organizational changes, or interpersonal results.
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of performance or results.
You agree to indemnify PranaCare Ltd against claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.
