PranaCare workshops are professional leadership-development learning experiences focused on workplace communication, decisions and accountability.

They are not counselling, therapy, psychological treatment, crisis intervention, workplace investigation, formal performance-management processes, mediation or legal advice. Where such services are needed, participants and sponsors are referred to appropriate providers.

We only have an hour available. Can you still add value?
A shorter 90-minute executive session can introduce one focused concept and practical tool. More complex objectives require a half-day, full-day or longer consulting engagement.
How much customization is included?
Customization is based on the audience, organizational context and agreed learning objectives. Extensive research, interviews or new content development may require additional scope.
Is what participants share confidential?
Participants may apply concepts to appropriate workplace situations but should not disclose confidential employee, clinical, investigation or legal information in the group. The sponsor receives a summary of non-confidential themes only.
What group size works best?
Standard pricing generally applies to groups of up to 20 participants. Larger audiences require a customized design and proposal; the level of interaction and individual practice may be different.
Can the workshop be delivered virtually?
Yes. Workshops are available in person in Edmonton, virtually across Alberta or through a blended format.
Why is the pricing higher than some training providers?
Pricing includes sponsor consultation, customization, preparation, facilitation, participant tools and post-workshop application. The consultation will determine whether the scope and expected value justify the investment.
